{Arthur Busby moved to Cornwall from the Midlands a few years after World War
II. A Chartered Accountant, he joined the Camborne office of Peat Marwick
Mitchell (now part of KPMG) and eventually became senior partner there. Over a
period of 30 years he was one of the leading players in the county, winning
the Emigrant Cup 6 times and played on top board for Camborne / Redruth for
much of that period. He donated the trophy for our main (then the only)
knock-out competition and it was named after him in recognition of his great
contribution to chess in the county.} 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 g6 3. Nc3 d5 4. Nf3 Bg7
